HAMP represents Reinhausen and Messko in Sweden, Finland and Norway. Tap changers are advanced constructions. For safe function and optimal reliability it is therefore of the greatest importance that tap changer overhauls are regularly conducted and by persons with specific knowledge and broad experience.
Service needs and service responsibility
We make annual overhaul rounds with technicians from the Reinhausen plant in Regensburg. Book an overhaul on these rounds via info@hamp.se. For acute problems or service needs, contact us at +46 8-760 29 25.
Through Reinhausen, we also have service responsibility for tap changers from Siemens, AEG and Trafo-Union.
The warranty period for conducted service and replaced original spare parts is 24 months.
